2. Purpose of data processing

The Service Provider processes Users' personal data solely for the following purposes:

booking appointments and providing services,

fulfilment of invoicing obligations,

maintaining contact with Users,

fulfil your legal obligations.

3. Scope of data processed

The Service Provider may request the following data to use the service:

name,

e-mail address,

phone number,

billing name and address,

payment data (bank account, transaction data - for billing purposes only).

4. Legal basis for processing

Data processing is carried out on the following legal bases in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679/EU):

performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),

to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),

the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - e.g. in the case of a newsletter.

5. Duration of data storage

Data related to invoicing is kept for 8 years under accounting law.

Contact data (telephone, e-mail) will be processed until the service is completed or until the data subject requests its deletion.

In case of newsletter subscription, the data will be processed until unsubscription.

6. Data transfers, data processors

6.1 The Service Provider will not transfer the data to third parties, unless required by law.
6.2. The following data processors are used for data processing:

7. Rights of persons concerned

The User is entitled to:

request information about the processing of your personal data,

request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data,

object to the processing of your personal data,

request data portability.

8. Remedies

If the data subject feels that the Service Provider has violated his or her rights to the protection of personal data, he or she has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

9. Security

The Service Provider stores personal data in secure IT systems, protects them from unauthorized access, destruction or alteration.
