2. Purpose of data processing

The Service Provider processes Users' personal data solely for the following purposes:

• booking appointments and providing services,

• fulfilment of invoicing obligations,

• maintaining contact with Users,

• fulfil your legal obligations,

• processing of newsletter and marketing communications based on the data subject's consent.

In the case of newsletter subscriptions, personal data is processed for marketing purposes only,
and the data subject can unsubscribe at any time, without giving any reason, by clicking on the link at the bottom of the emails.

3. Scope of data processed

The Service Provider may request the following data to use the service:

• name,

• e-mail address,

• phone number,

• billing name and address,

• payment data (bank account, transaction data - for billing purposes only).

4. Legal basis for processing

Data processing is carried out on the following legal bases in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679/EU):

• performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),

• to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),

• the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) - for example, in the case of newsletters, marketing communications or cookies.

5. Duration of data storage

• Invoicing data based on accounting legislation 8 years stored in.

• Contact data (telephone, e-mail) will be processed until the service is completed or until the data subject requests its deletion.

• If you subscribe to the newsletter, the data will be sent to unsubscribe we treat.

  Credit card and payment details are not passed to the merchant.

7. Rights of persons concerned

The User is entitled to:

• request information about the processing of your personal data,

• request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data,

• object to the processing of your personal data,

• request data portability.

These requests can be submitted at the Service Provider's contact details (see point 1).

8. Remedies

If the data subject feels that the Service Provider has violated his or her rights to the protection of personal data,
have the right to complain to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

9. Security

The Service Provider stores personal data in secure IT systems,
from unauthorised access, destruction or alteration.
When you pay through Barion, your credit card details are not passed to the merchant.
Barion Payment Zrt. is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank.

The possible occurrence of about data breaches the Service Provider pursuant to Articles 33-34 of the GDPR
notify the data subjects and the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
